I can fly! I wish.
Today was my favourite weather. Sunny, with clear blue skies and a cool breeze.
Beautiful.
It was one chilled out day.
I lay around in the backyard in the afternoon and later went for a long moon-lit walk.

A stormy day, in so many ways.
Majority of the day involved sleep. I’m pretty sure I slept for half the day. I skipped dinner while I was at it too.
I would love to travel soon. Once I start working again, I think I’ll save for a getaway to somewhere in Australia, maybe the islands up north? Best to stay local for now.

Say hello to Lucky!
He’s a gorgeous mix of sausage dog and jack russell. He’s pretty much the most gentle, sweetest, little guy in my life (hehe) except when he’s near moving objects.
So, today was the hottest day in the past few months! Insane. Sadly, I couldn’t find any ice cream in the house and moped all day.

For an ex-workmate’s farewell, I headed out to the city for lunch today. After, I met up with the beau and headed out to Newtown. We met my sister along the way and grabbed some scrummy thai for dinner.
Later, we hit Enmore to check out Pete Murray (hot) who rocked it with his band. I’d barely heard his stuff beforehand, but it was sweet.
And it was bloody hot today.

Somehow ended up wandering through a park today, getting snap-happy with the views and eventually chilling out by the lake with a nap.
We ate goodies like Nerds, chicken chippies and Gaytime (ice cream) that were a taste of high school nostalgia for me.
Later that night I headed out for sushi and coffee with the girlfriends.

I’ve forgotten what happened today.
So much for living each day to the fullest or whatever - today is a complete blank.
I’m pretty sure I slept, ate and generally was a happy girlie.
Of course, I ignored my growing To Do list, especially cleaning up my mountain of clothes that I’ll have to deal with sooner or later.

Christmas is coming… Four months early!
The shops are already getting festive. I guess they want to cash in on Xmas as soon as possible?
It was a beautiful day, so we headed out for some browsing, Harold and Kumar Escape From Guantanamo Bay and thai for dinner. Good food and laughs, what more could you ask for?

Another day of nothing in particular. I didn’t sort out my tax returns or clean my room and other junk. But I did discover the joys of the sandwich press :)
Whilst mucking around on the piano, I thought about creating a children’s story one day. Maybe a book or even a script with some songs by me. An out-there dream, but I’d like to get creative someday. Who knows?

Sleep, sleep and more sleep today.
Of course, the weather picks up after we come back from holiday. It was sunny with clear blue skies. A perfect Sunday.
My sister showed me a Japanese movie called The Girl Who Leapt Through Time today, which was about a girl who… leapt through time (well yeah). Makes you think, would you change the past if you could?
